Rich in dry matter and lipids, the larvae of the false moth of Topinsect are particularly nourishing. Very soft, they are easy to absorb and digest.

In breeding, the larvae of the false moth are cultivated on a basis of partially natural including honey dabeille and partly artificial, without any addition of growth stimulators.

Rich in dry matter and lipids, the larvae of the false moth of Topinsect are particularly nourishing. Very soft, they are easy to absorb and digest.

In breeding, the larvae of the false moth are cultivated on a basis of partially natural including honey dabeille and partly artificial, without any addition of growth promoters or other chemical substances. As his breeding is laborious, it is an insect feeder relatively expensive.

The following process débouillantage and freezing shock provided by our own facilities, the larvae of the false moth free of any bacteria are sterile. The residual fraction of bacteria and mold is far below the applicable standards for food and feed. The frequent monitoring supported by analyses to ensure careful monitoring of the entire procedure. This double standard makes the larvae more easily digestible.

The larvae of the false moth (Galleria Mellonella (Linnaeus)) are the sworn enemies of the hives so-called " weak ", that is to say, where the swarms are housed on the number of frames is too high relative to their population. They sattaquent to the rays, feed on the wax and can affect virtually all materials.

The life cycle of the great false moth includes four stages: uf larva pupa moth.

The phase uf larva takes between six and seven weeks, at a temperature of 30 degrees and a humidity of 75 to 80 percent. The larval development is divided into seven successive steps, and it is in the course of the last two that the growth is the most important. To mature, the larvae spin their cocoon and transform into pupae, where was born the mite.
